Dr. KARIMI has managed transformational change of PMO to Enterprise PMO (EPMO) with best practices and continuous improvement. He is able to leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end solutions on Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Platforms including interfacing with solution vendors. He has developed, defined, and delivered advisory methodologies for EPMO and PPM services. 

He was instrumental in the transformation and adoption of an Agile PMO process using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Methodology. He has transformed the two building blocks of PMO, which is the Portfolio Management and Project Management using SAFe and introduced collaboration between Project Managers and Release Train Engineers (RTE). He has hosted PI Planning Events and integrated into an Agile Portfolio Management process while working together with Leadership, Stakeholders and Agile teams. He has trained and mentored Agile Team as an Agile Coach.

As a subject matter expert, he has participated in the business development process and provided guidance to leadership. He has reviewed and assessed current state “AS-IS” PMO framework and developed a transformation roadmap of future “TO-BE” state, developed transformation goals, deployed implementation and adoption plan and developed KPIs to measure the implementation process.
